The rescue of the Chile miners is a great metaphor for the gospel.

don't get attached to anything in the mine(world) that won't fit up the tunnel

2. Salvation is free to the minors - by the grace of the rescuers (savior)

3. The work to be done is to help each other survive the time in the mine and then get(ordinances) into the rescue capsule (covenant)
